Aspect
At sight, its elegant light rose color, transparent and simple, is seductive. Its tonality, grace and finesse stand out and give it a vibrant freshness reaching all senses.
Origin
This Rosé, of a delicate character and indomitable spirit, is born in the fertile Rapel Valley. Here, its whole structure took shape with its red fruit feature. Nevertheless, its roots are in the Maule Valley, where it become imbued of all its fruity strength. To achieve its beautiful color, grapes are treated as white cépages during the winemaking process… Then, they receive a light maceration that provide the tonality that distinguishes it.
Winemaker’s note
With delicate fruit aromas of strawberries, cherries and apples; fresh, well balanced, crisp acidity and a slight sweet aftertaste. Ideal to serve as an aperitif or with spicy meals, such as Asian or Latin cuisine. Serve chilled.
