    Una consulta. Según esta imagen, tanto el Late Haverst como el Blush, se pueden tomar con hielo… ¿Eso es así? ¿No daña el sabor del vino?

    Daniel, con respecto a tu pregunta, en los dos casos el tema del hielo es una sugerencia de la temperatura de consumo de ambos vinos, los cuales se debieran beber fríos. Lo ideal es que se consuman entre 8 y 12 ºC.
    En cuanto al hielo, depende del consumidor si quiere tomar el vino con hielo o no, aunque éste tiende a afectar la concentración de sabores y aromas del Vino.
